Cycle is absolutely amazing ride experience is good but cycle is cycle making little sound in 1 month, for this cycle price is also high
Thankyou for providing a good builded and easy to ride cycle in the budget price range
The product is overall good.
Some cons. Paint quality xan be improved. As offline service is not available finding it difficult to fine tune gears. Worried about periodic service.
Value for money
Overall the riding experience is good but the front tyre tube provided to me was punctured one ,it was damaged internally,i had to replaced the entire tube
When it was delivered to me ,the package was not upto the mark as it resulted in some scratches on my bike ,
Kindly look into the delivery issue
Regards
Manju
