Genuinely. i searched almost all bicycle brands before finding this gem, perfectly aligned with my requirements of a full alloy (you can customise individual parts) aluminium cycle at the best price ever. Like lifetime settlement here its Lifetime warranty (frame). They delivered on time, within a week got assembled by best technician in our town. Thanks keep up good work 👍🏽

Omo alloy hybrid 700C.

Pros:
1. Superfast after sales service, best in class. They will resolve all issues within minutes and hours.
2. Very good and genuine power train - gears/derailleur/shifter/chain/crank. I'm pretty happy about this aspect.
3. Full customisation of components, won't get this anywhere else.
4. Toolkit received with bike is very useful, has come in handy many times.
5. Seatpost suspension Omo provided is super comfy.

Cons:
1. The bike is heavier for the frame size as compared to some other brands.
2. Yellow wheel rim on my bike looks good in colour, however, material feels inferior to Omo's black rim.
3. Omo accessories store needs to be better equipped. I had to purchase 20 different accessories, all from amazon and decathlon. Not a single product I could order on Omo store.
